These are not half-priced, they're actually very expensive. No one follows the mannco store prices as these hats are untradeable. Sites like sourceops.com have forums where people sell items at way more competitive prices than yours. Here's my recommendations:

50c each for a weapon is already a hard sell. Id do 25c each, even then you might not be able to get rid of them. A package deal might be better.

Larrkin, $4.00 sounds fair.
Hard Counter, $3.00
Halloween Masks: They're worth 1-2 scrap each, Id try and sell the entire set of 9 different masks for $3.00
Lumbricious Lid $6.00 sounds fair.

 

I am not going to give anyone a discount because I am not desperate for money.
