how to verify/change email tru steam web browser??

hi, I just bought 6 digit steam account from a guy. The problem is I cant log into this account tru steam client(the application) because it asks for steam guard code but I can log into this account through steam web browser and it doesnt request for any steam guard code.

I go to "Account Details" page on the steam website, email status is "unverified".

my question is, is it possible to change this account email address via steam web browser? how?
