Hmm, you're new to the Blackmarket it seems. Steam accounts won't sell for 400 on here at all. It depends on the Date the account was made, but anything after 2005, you'll get maybe $20 max for. The drop off is huge for Steam accounts, you may want to consider taking offers, instead of doing it for an outright price.
