but with paypal, if you try to scam me, I can always dispute it. Will I have the same ability with western union?

I tried buying a steam id from rekisterr and I sent the money, he accepted it, but then said he couldnt give me the steam account cuz he registered it with some league, so now I am asking for the money back. You can ask him yourself, I am a very trustworthy guy, and since western union is out of the normal, if you went first I will buy it for $60
