First of all I'd like to say, I am not Russian. I am not Ukrainian. I live in the USA. But that does not stop me from purchasing Russian and Ukrainian gifts off Steam ^_^

No one else has stepped up to the plate, so I figured I would.

Russian Store
TIP: ~33 rubbles ("py6") = $1 USD atm, or $3 in 100 RUB. You can easily convert between the two with Google, just type "399 RUB to USD" for example to see current rates.
Ukrainian Store
Prices are already in USD. Slightly different selection, prices are similar to Russia on some games and USA on others.

What do I charge? It depends on the price per item, here is the chart if you want to figure it out yourself:

$5.01 - $9.99 :: +$3.00 to price
$10.00 to $15.00 :: +$4.00 to price
$15.01 to $24.99 :: +$6.00 to price
$25.00 or higher :: +$8.00 to price

So, for example. LA Noire is $4.62 today. Add 50% to that makes $6.93. Still much cheaper than the US price, $12.49.



Order Procedure:
I accept Verified Paypal only, and only with the following conditions:
-You have access to the Paypal e-mail address. I will send a random, confirmation code to your Paypal e-mail address and you must confirm it with me.
-You do not send the Payment as a Gift, but instead as Payment Owed, along with a comment:
"This is a payment for virtual goods received and under no circumstances will I contest or chargeback this payment."

Make sure to send enough to pay for your own fees

If you do not leave that comment when paying, I will issue an immediate refund and cancel the purchase.

To order:
1. PM me your Paypal address, along with what you want to buy and your Steam ID. You can also get in contact with me through ICQ.

2. I will e-mail your Paypal address a random confirmation code, along with the final total and my Paypal address. DO NOT PAY YET THOUGH

2b. I will update the first post with md5("[0.00]confirmationcode"), but with no other information. This will allow others (including moderators) to verify your code as legitimate and the total as mutually agreed upon! If you do not understand what any of this part means, don't worry about it.

2c. If you agree with the total and wish to order, post in this thread saying "My confirmation code is _____ with total ___, and MD5 ____". Make sure your MD5 is listed in the OP before you send payment.

I will NOT include your MD5 in the e-mail! You must find it yourself. Luckily it is very easy,t go to http://www.md5.cz/ and input [total]code into the box (eg, [3.21]7F1S6DP2). It will return a long value of letters and numbers, that is your MD5. Include it with your post and make sure that that code is in the OP before you send your payment.

If you are wondering why I have all this MD5 nonsense, I am simply using it as a verification signature for both of us. And as an idiot check to see if you can follow instructions. If you need help, just ask

FAQ:
I have a coupon I'd like to use! May I use it?
Yes! Simply let me know and I will give you a Steam ID to gift your coupon to, then apply it when I purchase. Make sure it is valid for what you wish to buy obviously.

Are the gifts I purchase Tradable?
Yes they are. Feel free to trade your gift however you'd like.

Can Steam ban for this
You absolutely will not get banned, nor will Steam remove your gifts. These gifts are legitimately purchased from Steam with my own money. And this is also why you do not post what you buy!

How do you do it?

Also, occasionally I may have to shut down my services for 2-3 days. I will give advanced notice however, and this is only because it takes that long for Paypal to transfer to my bank account (Steam RU does not accept Paypal). This is also why it is important to verify the MD5--the MD5 being there means I am ready for payment and can fulfill your order.

And finally, no I will not go first or use a middle man. ALL orders will follow this procedure. If you do not feel safe ordering through me, then don't or wait it out until I get some rep, or maybe order a cheap item.
