    It is not compatible, russian keys have region lock.
    You can only play the game in russian language and together with only other russians.

    Yes, its russion keys and have region lock + only russian language, but u can play with other player, not only with russians

    This method is pretty young considering the game has only been out a few hours. Who knows how long it will last.
    Whilst there was some news a while back stating that the Russian CD-Keys for Black Op’s 2 could only be played via the use of a VPN, it appears that there is a small trick to get it working on world wide servers without needing the VPN.


    What we do know is that Russian Black Ops 2 CD-Keys come with English and Russian language packs installed. So we do not need any language changers.
