Also like I said, the game inventory for tf2 is worth 100+ if sold on the market. Level 15 with 15 medals. Civ V has all DLCs, Skyrim has heartfire, Borderlands Has all DLCs, only to name a few.

 

Imo this is worth $250-$300. Good luck selling.
