Selling League of Legends account [Us Paypal]

Havent seen any threads selling LoL accounts but i'd figure i'd give it a try.

I am currently selling my level 30 account for roughly 100$.
The account is currently valued much higher than that, but I'm just looking for a quick sale.

The account has about 850 games played on it, decent w/l ratio(440w-400l).
I have 2 full rune pages for both AP and AD champs. I own nearly every champions, minus all the shitty ones

I also have skins for 75% of the champions I own, more noticeably i have EXCLUSIVE skins for a select few champs.

I have the Urf the Manatee Warwick skin, which is exclusive and valued at 50$.
I also have Whistler Village Twitch, valued at 10$, and also exclusive.
I also have Spectral Fiddlesticks, valued at 15$ IIRC, and still is exclusive.
