Hi, I'm new here. So literally don't bother posting in this thread unless you are undeniably trusted. As I will be going first, and due to the inherent risk of account trades I WILL NOT be trading with anyone I deem to be anything other than trusted.

Low combat stats preferred (70-85 str/range/mage) not looking to pay for stats really, as I will be training it myself. [WILL ALSO CONSIDER A level 3 skiller with high rounded skills]
Some rounded skilling is preferred, but won't be paying extra for high skills 60+
Attack MUST be under 60
1 def (essential)
prayer preferrably 13-52 (preferably 13-43)

Quests:
Desert treasure - preferably completed
Monkey Madness - essential
Mith gloves - essential
All attack quests MUST be done.
Avas - preferred
Horror from the deep - preferred.
