Before you say YOU CAN'T SELL PAYPAL ACCOUNTS!!! Let me explain. I am not selling anything that is related to paypal accounts. This is more of a 'service'.

Anyways, this is how it will work! Lets say you need $30 for that awesome obby mauler you've been DIEING to get, buut the person selling won't accept mail. Only Paypal. This is where I come in. If you send me any amount of money, I can send it to you on paypal. Minus a %10 fee. So you would send me $33, and i would send your paypal account $30! That simple. However there are some requirements. These are:
1. I WILL NOT GO FIRST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. Must be USD. No canadian/European money.
3. You pay shipping.
4. A Mod can try it out for free, to proove it works.
5. You must be fairly trusted, 5+ vouches. Not giving my adress out to just anyone.

I'm an honest guy. If it DOES get lost, It may be one of the sender's faults. ex. No return adress. If it becomes MY fault ex. Mailman putting in wrong box etc. I will offer compensation for it.
