Is Rap Dying?

I have found that less and less people are listening to rap now a day and im pretty sure it will just die out real soon. I am happy about this because rap gives me a headache -.-, what do you think?

 

I hate rap so much, but I do have to say that it is not dying, it is very popular (but I do not see why). Although hip-hop is becoming quite more popular. Although this is true I will always stick with rock.

I dont listen to music very often.
But I have to admit that, when I listen to music, I listen to all kind of music.

EXCEPT ROCK! I cant stand rock!! Its really killing me. Theres no melody in it, and you cant even hear what there is being said.
I dont get people listening to rock. There is no word describing the hate i have towards rock.

A little goes for rap. Alot of people listen to rock. At my school, im freaking serious, more than 80% of the people listen to rap, and more than half of the people are black people. No offense or racism whatsoever to that, but almost every lunch, I hear people banging on the tables making beats and shouting rhymes... It does get annoying..
I listened to rap about 3 years ago, but I quit and now my favorite bands are:
Slipknot
Metallica
Demon hunter, and more

Now that I look back at it, I never really liked rap. I was raised being surrounded with rap music.
