Spending up to 20 mil for a char like this!

Alright,ive been waiting patiently 3 weeks to find a good char to my requirements but I cant seem to find one,so ill try posting for one

Basically,im looking for a TANK RANGER,or a ANCIENT MAGER.

Tank ranger requirements- lvl 60-90 combat,90+ range.
Depending on atk/str/def i will pay more. preferrably im looking for mainly just 90+ range,low combat as possible.
IDEAL CHAR - ##atk,## str,90+ def,90+ range,LOW CB!

Now,im also looking for a ELITE ANCIENT MAGE! PREFERRABLY TANKER!
Depending on atk/str/def i will pay more.preferrably im looking for mainly highest mage i can find,lowest combat is also good!
IDEAL CHAR - ## atk,##str,80+ def, 94+ mage.

so yeah thats bout it.I will only buy off trusted people with vouches or admins,none of you people with post counts lower than 50.
Must have no recovs,etc.
