I don't have a credit card, debit card, bank account, or a paypal. If I sell it successfully, how will I get the money?

I have a WU account setup, would I have to go to the WU place to pickup the money, or would they send it to my address?

Is there a way to send the money directly to my address?




Yes, since i'm new, I do intend on going first. (To a trusted user with lots of vouches)

 

If you have a wu account there are some fee's make sure you make it clear who pays, yes you would have to go to a wu station and pick up the money you would need the same info you gave them for them to wu to you and the NPCN code.

We do have a way to send directly to your adress, a mail payment which is a money order in your name no way to be stolen and can be cashed.

You can have them do a bank transfer directly into your bank account.(Them being the buyer)

For a wu payment, you will need to supply some personal information(name/address/phone#[to call just incase].) When they send money to you, you need to get their name+address+Phone number, as well as a "MTCN" number, you take the number to the closest WU office near you and you shoe your ID, and they will give you a check(which you can cash there as well)

just be careful to whom you are going first too, your best bet is to use an OMM and have them hold the hat until you have the money. best way to pick up the money would be to just go to any western union place. you will surprised at how many are actually around you. best of luck selling.

I'm probably going to be doing a deal with Punkerkid13, not entirely sure though. I've decided on just doing a paypal, got to set one up though. If it doesn't work out, then i'll stick with WU.

After talking to some people, a mail payment isn't going to workout for me if i'm the one going first.

Also, could people stop pming me about buying it from this point on in the future until I actually make a thread? I just had a question about payment options.

 

Dont use Paypal, you will get limited / account blocked eventually. Or chargebacked. Or something else. Thats like 100% sure.

How to use Western Union?
1) If your going first
Answer: In your case, if you want to sell blue party hat and go first to a trusted member, this is how it works out. Firstly, make sure the Western Union shop is open for both you and the buyer. Thereafter, when you both have made sure, proceed onto the trade. Make sure you ask for the display name [runescape] before you trade the item to the buyer. After, the buyer has recevied the item, you must give him your or your parents [must be 18+] first and last name, state/province and country, and address. These details are needed for the buyer, to send the payment to you. The buyer goes to the Western Union shop, gives your/or parents first name and last name with state and country you live in and address and sends the money. Before he sends the payment, make sure you ask him to pay for the WU fees [usually 10% of total amount]. After he [buyer] sends it, he will notify you with a transaction ID. Then you/or parents go to the Western Union shop, give in an identification and the transaction ID to prove that the money actualy goes to you, and you will receive the money.

Western Union is safest payment method for large trades. Once you receive the money, there is no way of him reversing the payment.

Also, make sure you do not get scammed. Go first to a trusted member with good feedback. This is what I recommend. Do not trade with anyone who seems fishy and forces you to go first.
