Buying a 1 month upgrade on runescape for $8.00 USD via paypal, jagex now made it where you can only purchase recurring memberships rather then a regular 1 month, and by purchasing a recurring membership you must have a credit card linked to your paypal to pay from it rather then paypal balance (yeah jagex fails bad)
