    I've had it for 3 weeks now.

    If you have proof that the original owner recovered it I can try to get a refund/charge back through PayPal. I have no idea how this works, but if it gets recovered I can always try that.

    Because I'm not the original owner I'm not looking for an extremely high amount as I know the possible risks.
