Help!! my comp wont work!

hey guys i got my new dell like 2 weeks ago i left this download and my bot running...i went to bed...the next morning i woke up and the comp just had this and i cant get it to do anything! now im useing my dads comp but someone please help me fix it!

yea it just keeps comeing up everytime i turn it on

 

i think i may know what happened to it

it has done this to me before. right before it goes to that screen it will have an option on a black screen to "press f11 to start recovery"

do that option. You will be prompted to format the computer. FORMAT IT. it will erase all the files and restore it to factory defaults. Which shouldnt be so back because you've only had it for 2 weeks.

 

Did this to me once, what i did was tuned off the power outlet for 5minutes and unpluged all the computer cords and then turned it back on and it was gone and back to normal

Oh yeah... I remember that it happened to my computer (The one i'm using) all you do is turn it off. Then turn it back on and it the problem keeps coming right click on ur taskbar (the bar thats next to the start button and it's blue) right click it then click taskmanager then click "process" at the top and you know it says in your picture a problem has occured with the program SPCMDCON click on it and click end process.. That ends it, but what I think it is, is when you turn it on it happens just go to recovery mode when you turn your computer on or just try turning it on as u normally would you may get a trouble shooting thing that you can just wait till the countdown finishes..
