    Guys, i created a level 3 and transfered the name. i just logged off and went to log back in and now it says i have no name set and 'De*l' is taken.. any ideas?

    That means the previous owner claimed someone hacked his account and transferred the name. If you went on it, they saw the IP change, assumed it was a hacker, and gave the name back to it's original owner.

    Send a ticket via the support centre explaining your situation. Chances are, you'll be denied.

    i've always been the owner of 'deal' though? i created the account, it was all fine and then i logged off. When i attempted to log back in it said that i hadn't even created an account and that Needed to select a name - deal was taken? im so lost :L

    Chances are you thought you took it on an alt, but in fact, you didn't, and someone else got it before you did then. Someone sniped it, sorry mate
