First method CAN BE DONE ON EVEN LEVEL 3s! No skills required, however a sizable amount of GP will be needed. I can sell you GP for a reasonable price (not over $1.2/mil), money that I made from this method

Second method requires While Guthix Sleeps completed. This allows you to make over 3M/hour (more if you're lucky). It is NOT killing TDs.
(I also run a questing service, please pm me for info, I need all the stats done as well as money on the account for supplies). Also requires about 10M to invest. (YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT LOSE YOUR INVESTMENT.)
