Hello, I am looking to purchase a max cape or completionist cape account or something awfully close to that.

I am willing to trade RSGP or if you give me a particularly good offer USD. I am well aware that someone can still recover an account even with a middleman and that is precisely why I am offering to only deal with HIGHLY VOUCHED people who's vouches are at least somewhat related to account sales.

In this situation I WILL BE GOING FIRST, as I have full reason to trust you.

I WILL NOT DEAL WITH NO VOUCHES!!! If you don't have a reputation at stake I cannot be sure that I will be protected in the event that you recover the account.

Your reputation must be worth more to you than the account being traded. I will be checking this thread on a daily basis and offering to anyone willing to sell, and who also has legitimate credentials that I would feel safe going first with.
