Selling restricted but withdrawable paypal account (with $122USD)

Basically account was restricted over a year ago and currently contains $122USD, after 6 months of restricting it paypal lets you withdraw the full balance which since it has been over a year since it was restricted you can.

My problem is that i registered the account in Australia which means the only way to withdraw money is to withdraw it to an Australian bank or an American bank which is why I am selling it.

looking for $55USD+ (highest bidder gets!), via e-gold,pokerstars,ftp,WU or I may take paypal from a trusted member (to my new account)

*Note- not really looking to trade for anything, especially since i don't play rs anymore.
