    If it's an account you recovered (as in, scammed the previous buyer) then no it's against the rules.

    This is not the current situation, but let's say I recovered it as in scammed it, would it be against the rules to sell it, IF I told the buyers how I got it?

    Considering the fact that you scammed another member and publicly admitted to it... My guess is you'd be TWC'ing or banned for just up and saying you scammed somebody.
