Why not try listing requirements regarding this opportunity? Without basic guidelines or pay rates (I wouldn't be surprised if you tried to pay with RSGP >_< ) you won't attract the best people. Then again there are a few "turn offs" in your post.

1. You don't know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'.
2. You are only fifteen years old and live in Australia. For most Americans the time difference would lead to a difficult communication setting. Sure you can Email, but phone/instant message wouldn't be as easy.
3. For some reason you capitalize almost every word in your signature. Online grammar can tell a lot about a person.

 

If it's an online job, it most likely doesn't have a time restriction
