If you got a US paypal, u can ge tit verified via a VBA

try going on etrade making an acc there and getting your paypal verified

 

Vouch for BlackTux, he helped me forward some money to my PayPal, very trustworthy.

 

Don't use etrade, it gets limited faster.

 

Next time, I've used AppRedeem without a Verified Paypal and it works fine.
