WTB 99 Strength Pure

Not sure how the method of account security works for rs07, quit after eoc update, and now wouldn't mind a pker for rs07, will not go first to newcomers, so expect to go first unless trusted, vouches 15+

 

is 99 str needed or would like 97 almost 98 be good enough?

 

high 90's is fine, and will need someone to explain the security method's on 07 accounts, im unfarmiliar as i quit after the first wilderness was removed, and security back then was alot "looser"
