A: USA Unmerged Accounts have high ban-rate], and very hard to unban them.
EU Unmerged Accounts have low ban-rate, and it is easy to unban them (RIGHT NOW). This doesn't mean that I can guarantee it will stay safe forever! Note that we are not able to predict Blizzards actions.

Q: How to lower the risk of ban-rate on Unmerged Accounts?
A: When merging a lot of Unmerged accounts, please take between hours for each merge, and use different IP, different battle.net for all accounts for more safety.
If they get banned/disabled or locked we cannot grant any refund. All accounts are checked and are in good standing before merging.

Q: How many accounts can you merge per battle.net?
A: 8.

Q: Is it safe to merge more than one account into one battle.net?
A: We do not suggest merging more than one unmerged account into the same battle.net.

Q: Whats the difference between limited expensive and cheap accounts?
A: Limited accounts have a long payment history, meaning it has more chance to get oldschool items, mounts, titles. Normal unmerged accounts have less than 10 months paid history. They can also contain oldschool items but with much less chance.

Q: When do I receive account after payment?
A: Instantly to few minutes.

Q: How does a normal trade look like?
A: You contact us via Skype, tell us which account you would like, paying in gold (mention Realm & Faction) or money.
Gold trade: We use normal trade (face to face) and guildbank trade.
Money: You send money directly to us.

After you send the payment to us we will send account detail (username and password) and a step to step guide how to merge directly via Skype.

Q: Can you see exactly what is in the account? I want a Gladiator Title please!
A: No. The only thing we can see is the payment history months and Classic Collector's Editions. Everything else is just a gamble!

Q: What does the Collector's Editions contain? Why are they so expensive?
A: Classic, The Burning Crusade and WOTLK Collector's Editions are no longer obtainable. Classic CE cost over €3000 EURO on Ebay. They contain Feast of Strength for CE, CE pets and achievements (100%).

Q: What can you guarantee in those accounts?
A: All accounts are guaranteed the Scroll of Resurrection rewards (level 80 of your own class, name and faction), Cataclysm expansion and 7 days gametime. Anything else depend on your luck, unless you are buying a CE Edition.

Q: How high is the chance you can get something good?
A: It is hard to answer this question. Not every customer post me a feedback after buying an account. But most people get "something" from these rare limited accounts. The only time it can contain nothing is when the player deleted the characters before quitting the game which is very rare.
