Selling personal 7 digit steam cheap

I am selling my own personal Steam account on which i never play on for 15$ Paypal (or offer). Since I need to sell this real quick I would like to use a middleman and I know that this is my first post and whatnot but i just need 10 bucks for RAM since im a lil off. I have proof of purchase and will take a picture with your email next to it if you ever want to retrieve it, in case it gets lost or something in any case. Since i dont want to have problems you will have to Payapl, "I have received a virtual item and under no circumstance will I dispute this seller." But of course only after the middle man states that the account is what I stated. I have rep in key-hunt +1 lol BUT i am glad since i went first and the deal went through. Yes true but this is my only and personal account. Which means there is no way of it ever being retrieved. I also still have the proof of purchase and was able to get my account back after today actually after someone scammed me and am willing to mail it to your house. I just need 15 bukcs since im short of money just to buy freakin ram and im so close grrrrrrr.
