Gtfo kid, it's legal to ship paintball guns, under any circumstance... I sold both of my Tippmann A5s about 3 weeks ago on eBay, they both had E-Triggers (Electronic Triggers), they make the gun fully automatic, if I can manage to ship those through the mail there should be no problem shipping this one. As long as you are not shipping a Co2 tank that is filled you will have no problem selling/shipping this item. Consider this a free bump.

How is a paintball gun a firearm? There is no explosion as there is in a FIREarm. It is just compressed air that is released.
