buying mage pure- must have 99 mage!!

i am willing to spend 30million on an account which has 99 mage and is a resonable combat level, i dont want one that is too high,, i want with the account at least 3 more 99 skills one of which is non combat related,,
i am also willing to pay for the middleman costs....
i would prefer the account to have a 99 skill such as 99 smithing or 99 crafting, something i can make money off,,-- this is not a must!!

there will need to be a defiante official mm used, this is because the last two accounts i bought have been recovered back,, the mm will be able to keep the money until the account recovery questions have been set,, this will be used so i cannot get scammed,, so if you are thinking about scamming- Fu*k off!!,, i wil laccept any offers apart from the following--||
