Error with pin

I keep getting this message when i try to put in the pin, i'm buying from someone, its a Belgium sms pin and it won't go thru

i went first but it keeps saying incorrect payment window =\ anyone know why?

 

You either have wrong country, or wrong type of pin. Change it from sms to pbp or pbp to sms. But first try changing country.

same thing has been happening to me when i tried to buy a pin yesterday, jagex may haved screwed it up.

Have you made sure that you selected the correct country when you first logged in?
After that are you sure that it is sms/pbp?
If all of that is correct you should msg jagex and get it corrected.

ur not helping and its considered SPAM.

But a few possible things could have happend...

1- You got scammed a Pin.
2- Wronge country.
3- You mistyped it.
4- You cant use Pins anymore to get membership.

 

i know exactly what happened, it happened to me and i figured it out after it happened a 2nd time. i bought a pin for an acc when i alredy had 2 other accs of my memb, when i tried calling for a 4th acc i didnt seem to remember i had hit the limit. the seller probley got 3 accoutns member already so your going have to wait for the soonest acc to run out of subscription and then use it
