Selling osrs level 3 accounts profitable?

Is it worth it to sell level 3 osrs accounts with tut island complete? If I sold them for like 2-4 cents for each account would anyone buy them? Is there even a demand for them anymore?

 

A few people do this here already.

It can be profitable if you get regulars (bot farms etc).

Probably make more money selling 70/70/70 nmz accounts and also Zulrah accounts until you get a bit of rep and moving into maxed main stakers

 

Yeah the supply for this market is saturated already.
You'd pretty much have to give them out for free until you get regulars
