[10-16Mill][WC90] Selling Level 59 Character [Paypal/Moneybookers]

I've currently got one runescape account, and I can honestly say "I do not need it!". I'm therefore going to try and sell it to the best offer, or to the person I trust the most regarding the offers. I do not want to risk getting scammed, and I'm sure you do not want to be scammed either.
