I need health help

Well , this month been very wierd about my whole body. You guys know how to burp right? Well , I know how to burp....... A LOT. I think I am havinga health problem because I burp over 30 times frequently and whenever I don't burp. it gets hard to breath.

 

Do you drink alot of carbonated drinks?

 

No , I drink a lot of water

 

I always drink warm water when I burp, and It usually stops.

 

We are going to need more information than that, we can't just attempt to diagnose you (which is funny, because none of us are doctors, clearly). Do you workout or drink any shakes such as protein or something pre-workout. Give us some break down of when it becomes hard to breathe, after what exercises and such.

 

well, do u eat alot then suck ur gut in and breath in alot, maybe thats it, just dont suck her in anymore leo.

 

How much milk do you drink, do you sleep on your back, how much exercise do you get and do you breath through your stomach or your chest?

 

My personal opinion, see a doctor.

Seek help from a professional, which would be your local doctor. That's really all you should do at this point.

 

u could have a hiatus hernia, burpin a shit load is a symptom of it.
