Trading Xbox Live Account

I have my xbox live account (of which I do not want) unused for about maybe 3 months or so but, I'd rather have someone else use it than have it waste away. I would trade my account for 1 $75 PSN code. The reason I ask for that is because My account's games are at least worth that much.
