Runescape lag I need help.

well, for the last week or 2 Runescape been lagging.

When i get to the login page everything stops for like 3 seconds
and u can tell cause the fires on the stands stop and the music
does to for the same time as the lag.

anybody know what i can do to stop this lag??

while playing runescape it just stops the same way and i dont like it.

so if you got any ideas please tell me. thanks
