Irc Chat

Hey There im looking to create a small runescape based community and on the homepage i would like a irc chat but im not to sure how to add it etc
im looking to do this with no expsence so a free website bassicly with a irc chat
anyone could help id appreciate it so much

 

If you were lookin at a chat that is live (auto refreshes when a message is sent) then you're probably going to have to look into java applets. However you would be able to do it via normal web scripting languages but it would be quite advanced. Look at a few tutorials on google if you want to create your own from scratch.
After saying all that I highly recommend using http://cbox.ws/
It's free to signup and easy to install. The free version does not auto refresh per message but it does have a refresh button. If you were willing to pay per month for a premium cbox then it does auto refresh. But it's really not worth it.
