Buying a zerker that is not finished, I am not looking for max stats or anywhere near that but i do have some stat preferences.

Looking for Stat wise:
Construction-50

Also, want decently high skills so i can start or finish questing.

NO higher than 60 attack.

Also, if has 44+ prayer 60attack or 45 defense it MUST be all quested.
