Steam ID is 0:0:1XX You can not nor will not find a lower steam id for sale. I am asking $500 USD. I will meet in game to show you this is legit. I will not take paypal unless you are a verified, you can verify the paypal email address and the shipping address is attached to a phone number I can verify.
