It seems like your computer should be able to run a bot and browse the internet. I'm not entirely sure though so I'd advise upgrading your RAM, and maybe your CPU.

It has nothing to do with whether or not your computer can run both the bot and browse the internet.

I don't know much about SW Bot, can you explain what it is and how it works?

IDK if your familiar with Soul wars in Runescape, but it's a highly populated minigame played on World 44, normally tons of people there around ~1.5k players. Therefore on the older computers make it lag quite badly, I'm guessing it could make even the best of computers lag. All the pixels and that  Not 100% sure tho.

One thing you can do is, lower your runescape graphics settings and make the Runescape run in "normal" speed via the Runescape's Graphics Interface.

Having something open (maximized) means that windows will give it priority. So minimize it while you are surfing.

Upgrade your RAM (DDR3 is recommended...ask for a DDR3 RAM in store) Although I would recommend a new computer over this since its expensive.

Close all other programs in system tray (near where your computer clock is)
