Make your own runescape account (xbox live, or msp and maybe paypal)

Here is what make your own runescape account is.
What happens is is you offer me something and we will talk about how many levels you want.

For example:
lets say you offer me 1600 point card. we can talk about how many levels u would like for it.

Here is all what you get to choose.
The username, the levels, and possibly a time period.
