Attack: 70
Strength: 70+
Defense: 40 OR 7
Range: 70
Magic: 70
Prayer: 52
Quests Completed: Lost City, Dragon Slayer, Dwarf Cannon, Fremmenik Isles, Priest in Peril, The Fremmenik Trials, and The Grand Tree.

Preferably with at least one 99 skill [NOT firemaking, cooking, or fletching]
If no 99 skills, preferably 3+ 70 skills [Once again, I don't care about firemaking, cooking, or fletching]
