If you were the owner, then yeah, would be totally fine, as you are trusted on here. What has the owner said about selling his account? His reason for selling?
It's just as safe as buying from other people in my opinion + safer with my buying standards. As buying off others they disappear on you whether they are responsible or not. Reasons can be made up but it's max xp.. nothing else to do lo
