super edit: Already got scammed out of it. It was my mistake, but it was on purpose. I just went for the .0000000001% chance that he wasn't a scammer. Oh well, good riddance Runescape.

on a side note, the scammers name was wub to-craft. After the initial deletion after receiving full ownership of the account he added me back and said that his power went out or something. I asked why that would delete me off of his skype, he ignored the question. He then tried to get my pin off of me which was already in the process of being removed from the account, and then he said he wouldn't pay until he got my sythe info. Which might have been how he got all those vouches he showed me. Everything was super sketchy and got kind of obvious, but at that point he already had possession of the account.
