    ONLY BUYING TRUSTED MEMBERS. By that I mean a several account vouches or 100+ vouches. Messages from newcomers or low vouches will be ignored. However I will buy an account through paypal if you have low vouches, this is not because I will chargeback or scam but the fact if you DO recover an account I will not hesitate to do so.

    Initially I'm looking for:
    170+ QP
    Bonus payments upon:
    90+ in attack, strength, range or Mage
    70+ prayer

    Addtionally there must be no blackmarks.
