Buying a maxed main (Atk, Str, Def, Hp)

Hello everyone, I'm going to keep this short and sweet. I'm looking for a flat out maxed main, I don't care what the other stats are as long as hit points, defence, strength and attack are all 99. I am very picky with who I will be purchasing this account off of. I will be performing a recovery test with all the info supplied. If I am not satisfied with the information we will not be trading.
