What do you mean how long does it last? It's a legit game mechanic and not a glitch, oversight, etc.

That's impossible to answer. I don't know the trading volume, how often or even how many accounts people would run it on.

But the items would be moderately in demand. These aren't maple logs where you can buy/sell the items in seconds (with an undercut), but it's not like granite either (takes days to buy/sell).
