It's really weird
I feel like I HAVE to be not shy.

Like when the phone rings I feel like I have to answer it so people don't look as me as being shy.

Stuff like that, it makes me feel really bad.

I don't know if anyone can relate?

 

I'm pretty shy normally, and I hate when other people mention it. So yes, I experience the same thing as you and you're not alone.

 

How old are you? You will most likely grow out of being as shy as you are now if you are young.

 

I'm the most social person to most everyone i see, I really know no strangers. But that is because I had to be NOT SHY because people knew how social i was in private so they expected me to be that way infront of everybody. It really is uncomfortable when people put ya on the spot just because they know your really fun to talk to or funny etc. Just be yourself is the best advice i can give ya. But remember that being shy really isnt fun.
