Nothing exists, except for my mind. Everything else is an illusion, generated by myself. That means that everybody else doesn't really exist, and has no consciousness directing them, only the appearance of one.

Well, I can prove it because it happened. Everyone saw the same thing, not as if only you saw it in your mind is it? It's pretty logical if you ask me, everything you see is real.

 

They argue because of the way that they are designed. I enjoy the challenge.

 

I really don't like arguing a fact that everyone knows, if what you're saying is true Shredder, how comes this hasn't ever been spoken about, this is actually the only time i've heard something like this. Anyway, as I said above. everything you see is REAL.

If 'everyone else doesn't really exist', then neither would this thread. Since multiple people are able to view this single thread, it exists. If only our minds existed, I highly doubt we are all 'imagining' this exact thread. Everything cannot be an illusion if it is real.

 

First, knowledge is only knowledge if it corresponds to the truth, which you do not know.

Why would it be spoken about? People do as they must, and what they must do is not commanded by my mind.

I am also able to prove that my mind exists. However, I lack the power to prove that anyone else exists also.

If everyone can individually prove their existence, then we all exist, to ourselves.
