    U got it locked by telling jagex u changed ur irl name and adress.
    (Then he tryed to charge back money, I recovered the account when I saw my paypal is suspended and had negative credit.)

    i have proof your lying i have proof i charged AFTER YOU TRIED TO CHANGE THE E-MAIL FROM MINE TO YOURS ON THE ACCOUNT AND I HAVE PROOF YOU STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND MY ACCOUNT.
