Need Help With A Locked Account Appeal

Basically My account was locked, I asked someone to pc it. He changed my password right away and then got it locked right after so I had no time to recover it, now I keep sending in lock appeals with all my info yet it's still rejecting me. In my addiction information I stated my previous recovery anwsers, my log in IP, and where the account was created. Anyone know what else I can add in the additional information that can help? Note : I dont have any other info but just post on here anyways
