Help Please :(

I posted this on the wrong thread at first, i hope i have it right this time.

Im having trouble making my account macro, i downloaded the program JMacro which can be located here - http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=351766

once downloaded i followed what it said and extracted the folder, and opened it an tryed to run the "Run Jmacro" (as it tells me to do so)
Once in there, it says i need to open my script that is save in the script folder.
But when i run the "run jmacro" program all the command prompt window says is "press any key to continue" and as soon as i do that, it closes

I also tryed to insert a script - this script http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=330156
but i dont know how to save it as .class and .java like the other scripts that came with the JMacro program

Would prefer if you added me to MSN and helped me on that, but here is fine.

I would appreshiate any help recived on how to do this.
